Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Discusses the Political Situation and the National Reconciliation with President of the Republic
Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, met with His Excellency the President of the Republic Dr. Fouad Massoum at the latter’s office in Bahgdad on Monday, 27/4/2015.
His eminence discussed with the president the political developments and the outcomes of the visits he is paying to officials including his Excellency’s visit to Turkey. Sayyid Al Hakim highlighted the importance of accompanying the security victory with a political project that is reassuring to everyone. He also insisted that the national reconciliation projects must answer the four questions: with who? for what? under what ceiling? and what are the guarantees?, explaining that any project that does not answer these questions will be nothing more than a motto.
