Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Calls for Enacting Laws that Directly Serve the Citizens’ Interests
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, called for enacting the laws that directly serve the citizens’ interest, stressing the importance of integrity between powers, urging Al Muwattin Bloc to make more efforts in contributing to legislation and control.
This came during a meeting presided over by his Eminence and held at his office in Baghdad, Tuesday, 19/5/2015 for Al Muwattin Bloc at the councils of representatives and ministers.
His Eminence stressed the importance of serving the citizens and answering their needs particularly in terms of services, support of the popular crowd and its wounded members and care of the martyrs’ families.
