Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, stressed the importance of unity for facing the challenges of the country, and called for a high level of coordination between the security forces, the popular crowd, the tribes and the Peshmerga in their fight against ISIS.
This came in the meeting held between his eminence and the Prime Minister Dr. Haidar Al Abadi at the latter’s office in Baghdad on Monday, 25/2/2015.
    His eminence discussed with Al Abadi the political and security developments and ways to support the security forces fighting in the battle field and to coordinate between the army, the popular crowd and the police for the purpose of freeing all the lands from filthiness of the terrorist ISIS gangs. We also discussed the situation of the displaced, their return to their regions and ways to ensure them a decent living. The two sides praised the victories achieved by the operations in Anbar and Saladin.
