During the Fourth Night of Ramadan, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Says Having Confidence in Allah and Beseeching His Blessing is an Essential Condition for the Success of Business
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, affirmed that having confidence in Allah the Almighty and beseeching His blessing is an essential condition for the success of business, pointing out that asking God’s favor does not only happen by hoping in success and victory but also by relying on the Almighty and beseeching His blessing of the work.
This came during the fourth night of Ramadan held on Sunday, June 21, 2015, at his Eminence’s office in Baghdad.
His eminence indicated that the issue of avidity is a grave moral disease that humans can come to suffer from, clarifying that is it not shameful for humans to work and make a living, nor is it shameful for them to work in the honorable job opportunities existing in society and free themselves from the need for people. He also assured that the culture of Ahl Al Bayt is the culture of self-employment as put today, such as farming, raising cattle, trade and other respectable professions.
