His Eminence evaluated the MPs’ positive reaction to the reform initiatives, stressing the need that the parliament exercise its role as controller to detect corruption and corruptors, address the weakness in the state institutions and play its legislative role in enacting the laws that advance the reform.
His Eminence called for answering the legitimate requests of the demonstrators and providing them with services, praising the role of the security apparatuses, the popular crowd and the Iraqi tribes in facing ISIS and extoling the security achievements made in Anbar, Baiji and other cities.
