Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Attends the Funeral of the Inspector of the Ministry of Defense Lieutenant General Ali Fikri
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, attended the funeral of the Lieutenant General Ali Fikri, the general inspector at the Ministry of Defense. His Eminence was among the first mourners at the funeral on Tuesday 25/08/2015.
His Eminence expressed his sincere condolences to the members of Badr Organization and its president Hajj Hadi al-Amiri and the military establishment. Sayyid al-Hakim noted that the deceased was one of the mujahideen who left an imprint in the battlefields and was entrusted for the public funds in the Ministry of Defense. His Eminence also prayed that the Almighty gives his family patience, consolation, and bestow him His infinite mercy.
