Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, Head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, considered the quadruple alliance between Iraq, Syria, Iran, and Russia as a right step, calling on the world to fight ISIS before it's too late and have to fight it in their own countries.
This came while chairing a meeting of the Extended Central Shura Council of the Martyr of the Niche Movement at his office in Baghdad on Monday 05/10/2015.
His Eminence called to prepare for Muharram season whether at the security level or at the services. He noted that the reform must be serious, radical, comprehensive, balanced, and constitutional, calling to find radical solutions to the economic crisis experienced by Iraq that has unclear horizon.
