    During a Meeting with the British Ambassador, He Focuses on Ending Kurdistan Region Crisis through Dialogue


        Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, focused on ending the crisis of Kurdistan Region through dialogue, calling upon everyone to concentrate on the terrorist danger that threats all. He also urged to redouble the efforts in order to contain the crisis among the Kurdish forces that have long been characterized by finding solutions to their crises through dialogue.

    This came during his meeting with the British Ambassador Frank Baker at his office in Baghdad on Tuesday October 13, 2015. His Eminence discussed with the British ambassador the political situations in Iraq and the region, the war against ISIS, the role of the international coalition, as well as tackling the issue of government reform, national reconciliation efforts, and the conference for the reconstruction of liberated areas to be held soon.
