Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim: Tribulations Have Positives Aspects of Which Revealing Hypocrites, Agitators and True Believers
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, declared that tribulations have positive aspects of which revealing the hypocrites and showing their true colors, as well as uncovering agitators and true believers. In this context, His Eminence cited last year's events when the Mosul fell in the ISIS hands, showing cases of hypocrisy among some persons, fear among others, and fortitude and courage among the project holders and defenders.
This came in the eighth night of Muharram in the consolation Majlis held in His Eminence’s office in Baghdad, on Wednesday October 21, 2015.
His Eminence referred to the Battle of the Trench fought by Muslims and to Imam Ali (AS) insight in confronting Amro Ben Wed, this battle has destabilized the infidels and restored the confidence in faithful people; thus, Muslims became a considerable force in the Arabian Peninsula, pointing to the insight of Al Qassem (P), that young man who said that death is sweeter than honey for the project.
