    Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim Calls Upon the Government to Support the Popular Mobilization in the Budget of 2016

        Sayyid Ammar Al Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, called upon the government and the parliament to support the popular mobilization in the budget of 2016, prompting them to shoulder their responsibilities and allocate appropriations to pursue the battle. His eminence also praised the religious authority’s attention to this issue and its demand to support the battle and the combatants.

    This came in the Husseini Mourning held in His Eminence’s office on Friday October 23, 2015.

    is eminence stressed the need to use the psychological war as an essential element for winning the battle, highlighting the importance of using force and the continuous possibility of confrontation, in addition to the trust in Allah.

    He also expressed his pride of the way believers answered the religious authority’s call, calling on the Iraqis, especially the well-offs, to support the popular mobilization forces with money, as some struggle with their souls and others with their money.
