Sayyid Ammar al Hakim Calls for the Adoption of Effective Solutions to Overcome the Financial Crisis.

Sayyid Ammar al Hakim, Head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, stressed on the importance of developing effective solutions to overcome the financial crisis experienced by Iraq as a result of the decrease of oil prices globally.His Eminence called for concerted efforts between the Government,the House of Representatives, and the institutions concerned with the economic and financial affairs to overcome the crisis.
\r\nThis came when His Eminence received the Chairman of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Dr. Ahmad Jalabi, at his office in Baghdad on Saturday 31/10/2015.
\r\nHis Eminence discussed with Al Jalabi the financial situation and its priorities, indicating that the priority was to defeat terrorism and to pay the salaries of the staff, the retirees, the popular mobilization forces, and the social protection network. Sayyid al Hakim called for to hear the views of experts in the economic field and activating the role of the industrial and agricultural sector and the private sector.
