Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Meets Former President Jalal Talabani
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, met the former president in his house in Sulaymaniyah on November 3rd, 2015.
\r\nHis Eminence discussed with President Talabani the political situation and crisis in the region, calling for improving the political situation and for focusing on confronting terrorism at present. He also stressed the importance of cooperation among political blocs and the integration of their roles in order to get Iraq out of its current crises, namely the economic one.
