    Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, discussed with Japanese ambassador, Mr. Fumio Iwai, during a meeting with him at his office on Sunday November 8th, 2015, the financial crisis that has plagued Iraq as result of oil prices decline and the need to take advantage of the Japanese experience in overcoming the economic crises and in diversifying the sources of income.

His Eminence appealed to support Iraq through soft loans and called upon Japanese companies to have a major role in the reconstruction of Iraq, and the liberated areas and their Fund.
