Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim Receives a Reply Cable of Thanks from German Chancellor Merkel
His Eminence Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, received a reply cable of thanks from German chancellor Angela Merkel on Monday November 21st, 2015 to the cable sent earlier by His Eminence.
