    Sayyid Ammar al Hakim Discusses with al Hamim the Situation of the Displaced and Reconstruct the Liberated Areas

        Sayyid Ammar al Hakim, Head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, received at his office in Baghdad on Monday 7/12/2015, Head of the Sunni Waqf Diwan Abdul Latif al Hamim.
    His Eminence discussed with al Hamim the situations of the displaced families, calling for concerted efforts to alleviate their suffering, especially with the beginning of winter season. He reiterated that the most effective solution is to liberate cities and reconstruct it so that the dignified families can return to their homes.

        Sayyid al Hakim called the community and tribal leaders to promote its national role and duty to restore harmony to the areas that have witnessed displacement and to decrease tension between people and to restore peace and harmony. Noting that this requires an understanding for what happened and how to bring back life to those areas.

        Concerning the security victories achieved in Baiji and al Anbar, Sayyid al Hakim pointed out that these recent victories assures that Iraq doesn\'t need any foreign soldier to liberate Iraq from ISIS. His Eminence pointed out that during the last year and a half, ten thousand kilometers have been liberated at difficult terrain areas.
