    Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraqi, condemned, in a statement issued on 14/12/2015, the silence of freedom and human rights’ international organizations/ regarding the assault against the followers of Ahlul Bayt in Nigeria, calling on them to /assume their responsibilities before humanity and to act in favor of the oppressed in Nigeria and urging the authorities to release Sheikh Ibrahim Zkzackhe immediately.

    His Eminence considered this as a vicious attack that contradict the international laws and conventions which stipulate on the freedom of religion, expression and belief, and he stressed the importance of subjecting the crime to a fair, transparent and neutral investigation to end the recurrence of such massacre and to uncover the perpetrators and instigators that kill unarmed people who expressed their beliefs peacefully. He declared that oppression against the followers of Ahlul Bayt in Nigeria will strengthen them and make their project clearer and their injustice more profound and deeply rooted in the human conscience, expressing his condolences to the Nigerian people and the followers of Ahlul Bayt everywhere, praying Allah the Almighty to grant martyrs withmercy and forgiveness, and to bless the wounded a speedy recovery.
