Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, stressed during his meeting with a crowd of Ashura Brigades on Tuesday 05/01/2016 on the commitment to military orders and to the directives of the religious authority.

His Eminence indicated that the war with ISIS is not a traditional one, but it is a fast-moving guerrilla war. Thus, it should be dealt with different methods that need plans drawn by expert leaders and fighters that have a high level of discipline, calling for the need to continue the communication with the other factions and to coordinate the roles since the goal is the same for all.
