Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim meets with United States ambassador discussing Iraq security and political situations’ development
Chairman Supreme Islamic Council in Iraq (SICI) Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim met with United States ambassador Mr. Stuart Jones at his eminence Baghdad office, January 25, 2016 Monday.
\r\nHis eminence conferred with Mr. Jones the security and political situations in Iraq and in region, explaining that only Iraqis are in the battles against terrorism fighting in behalf of the rest of the world which oblige the rest of the world to support Iraq in order to eliminate this tumor represented by ISIS that threats everyone.
\r\nHis eminence emphasized respecting Iraq sovereignty and to coordinate with the Government of Iraqi in any future steps related to supporting Iraq, indicating that Iraq is sufficient with the men who are capable to break the terrorism’s strength that was achieved by the unity of all parts, Iraqi army, Popular Forces and sons of the tribes who were able to liberate Ramadi city.
