Sayyid Ammar AL-Hakim and Dr. Barham Salih discussing the political status in Iraq
Chairman Supreme Islamic Council in Iraq (SICI) Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim met with Deputy Secretary General of Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) Dr. Barham Salih at his eminence Baghdad office, 25 January 2916, Monday.
\r\nHis eminence discussed with Dr. Salih the security and political status, war against ISIS, reformations process and the mutual relations between PUK and The Shahid Al-Mihrab (Martyr of the Niche) Movement.
\r\nHis eminence emphasized on joining efforts to save Iraq from its current security and political crisis, affirming the need for speeches promoting unity that would be able to gather all Iraqis, noting to the necessity of resolving the political crisis in the region via dialoging and giving priority to the commonweal.
