Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim discusses political and security status in Iraq with representative secretary general of Arab League Mr. Abdulmunim Al-Sha’iri
Chairman Supreme Islamic Council in Iraq (SICI) Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim met with representative secretary general of Arab League Mr. Abdulmunim Al-Sha’iri at his eminence’s Baghdad office, on February 9, 2016, Tuesday.
\r\nHis eminence discussed with Mr. Sha’iri the political and security situations in Iraq and region, again his eminence reiterated his call for a Middle East discussion table that covers all issues facing the region. His eminence noted to the assent on condemnation of Turkey incursion in Mosul city, indicating the importance of this concurrence and to be stimulated internationally, emphasizing that Turkey incursion will not be overlooked by time and Iraq sovereignty must be respected.
\r\nSayyid Ammar Al-Hakim stated that ISIS is a threat to all and will reach everyone eventually if ISIS is allowed to grow, calling to take more action encountering extremism.
