Chairman Supreme Islamic Council in Iraq (SICI) Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim reiterated his opinion to call for technocrat and independents and change should include all, affirming that the problem is not in an independent minister or a political minister, but the problem is in the management systems and bureaucrat complications, reminding of that Al-Mihrab Martyr movement is the first diagnosing the management problem and called to rise against it.
\r\nHis eminence during leading the Shura central meeting at his Baghdad office on Monday febraury 15, 2016 , emphasized his support to the Religious Authority stand, asking who are analyzing Religious Authority stand to be objective and the best analyzing is that the Religious Authority is unpleased of the security and political situations.
\r\nIn respect of Mosul battle , his eminence indicated “ the participation of Popular Forces is a national necessity imposed by the city variety” , clarifying that Iraq is self-sufficient when coming to man power and is not in need to the support of any soldier from abroad.
