Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim asks security leaders review their plans following Abu-Ghuraib incidents
Chairman Supreme Islamic Council in Iraq (SICI) Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim asked the security departments to be aware of their responsibility and to review their plans to prevent future similar incidents similar to recent Abu-Ghuraib incidents.
