Chairman Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim hosted at his office in Baghdad Tuesday, 15/03/2016 Delegation of the Al-Fadhila Islamic Party, headed by Mr. Hashim al-Hashimi.

His Eminence discussed with the Al-Fadhila delegation subjects related to reformations and ministerial reshuffling, noting that the reform has to be inclusive and not limited to the cabinet reshuffling, explaining that there are hundreds of positions in need to new blood to be injected while the focus is on replacing the ministers.

\r\n

His Eminence indicated that if reformations are achieved only by replacing ministers the crises of Iraq would be over by the change of successive governments since 2003, calling for identifying legislation that support the state and facilitate its actions in the economic and political aspects.

\r\n

In respect of security aspects, his Eminence indicated that ISIS as a political project had ended and security sectors continue to recapture the land from ISIS, and that the participation of the Popular Forces in Mosul is a national necessity imposed by the facts of the battle.
