Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim: the real disability is in the deviant ideology that leads to terrorism and extremism
During his visit to the province of Wasit, Chairman Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim emphasized on that the real disability is in deviant ideology which lead to terrorism and extremism, noting that most of the people with special needs had become in such status due to terrorism, calling for redress and compensate them.
\r\nHis Eminence during his visit to Al-Raja house for the disabled, the Al-Amal Institute for the Deaf and Dumb and Martyr Wadi\' Abdulrazaq school in Wasit Wednesday, March 16, 2016 reiterated the need to include the (Empowerment) initiative in the reformations process, calling to include the people with special needs in loans that the government is planning to grant for the citizens as well as giving them special preferences in the distribution of residential complexes.
