Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim receives representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations in Iraq, Mr. Jan Kubis
Chairman Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim, received in his office in Baghdad Tuesday, March 29, 2016, the Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations in Iraq Mr. Jan Kubis.
\r\nHis Eminence discussed with Kubis the UN role in the reconstruction of liberated areas and care provision for displaced people, calling on this international organization to play a bigger role assisting the humanitarian aspects of the Iraqi.
\r\nHis Eminence stressed that the Iraqis are continuing with the reforms and the fight against terrorism, without an overlap between the two subjects, indicating that the National Alliance presented an initiative for an inclusive reform that would provide more administrative area for the state.
