Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim receives representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations Mr Jan Kubis
Chairman Islamic Supreme council of Iraq Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim received in his office in Baghdad Tuesday, 19.04.2016, representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations Mr. Jan Kubis.
\r\nHis Eminence and Mr. Kubis discussed the political crisis in Iraq, stressing the importance of intensified dialogue, indicating the importance of executing the intended cabinet reshuffle with accordance to the Constitution and law.
\r\nMr. Kubis stressed the need for stability as to encourage the international community to provide assistance to Iraq, praising the efforts of Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim to gather parties and overcome the crisis.
