Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim, chairman of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, considered that the conflict taking place in the area, is a political conflict for power masked with sectarianism embattling the masses, indicating that the nation\'s scholars if they had met and discussed and analyzed the facts, most of the problems would be solved, adding, \"But truth to some people may take away their influence, spotlight and the people gathering around them\", pointing out that differences exist between the doctrine of Ahl al-Bayt (the household of prophet Mohammad peace be upon him) of the Sunni’s doctrines as differences exist between the four madhahib (the four doctrines Hanafi ,,Maliki ,Shafi\'i , Hanbali) of Islam.

Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim called on officials to pass instructions and orders in accordance with the national, humanitarian and social standards, as well as the need to inform people about the standards and evidences and answer the people’s questions, stressing the need to conscious obedience, indicating that the fatwa of Imam Sistani (long live) of sufficiency jihad was acceded by the masses, because the presence of legal, religious and national justification, stressing the need to apply Islam into behaviors and practices.
