    Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim: Some advisers at the present time do not have the capability of advising, nepotism and partisan ties are the basis of assigning them in their positions

    Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim , chairman of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, stated that some advisers today in the Iraqi state do not have the capability of advising and the reason of being in such positions is due to nepotism , personal and partisan ties, indicating that the role of an advisor is important, therefore an advisor should have specific descriptions, and firstly efficiency, competence and expertise in order be able to provide advice.

    This was addressed during the tenth Ramadan evening in his eminence\'s office in Baghdad Thursday, 16.6.2016.

    \r\n

    His Eminence indicated that the advising and counseling are methods guided by Quran and adopted by the Messenger of God and infallibles to solidify the principle of consultation in the nation, noting that the advice has its own benefit regardless of the outcome of advice, pointing out that the state monopolization in decision making is a reflect of selfishness and arrogance character diseases.

    His Eminence indicated that faith have a number of requirements , such as to resort to religious advisory and accept it, even if it was against personal opinion, content and self-interest, calling for reducing traveling during Ramadan month for leisure,  while Ramadan practices philosophy is to provide consolation for the poor and the needy and be patient, urging the believers to adhere to prayers at its specific times.
