    Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim warns deceiving projects that it may be a cover for intelligence activities

    Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim, chairman of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq warned of plans that may look good or humanist but it may be a cover for the intelligence activity or espionage networks, calling for scrutiny and research in intentions and deed and the history of the person to grant him recommendations.

    this took place during the Twelfth Ramadan evening hosted at his eminence’s office Baghdad Tuesday, 21.06.2016.

    His Eminence stated that mosques that are built to provoke sedition are not considered sacred, citing an incident of (Dhirar) mosque that God ordered to demolish, stressing the need to recognize the curricula and methods of hypocrites, noting that there are those who exploit religion - religion disowned from them – to achieve its objectives, pointing out that those who are pretending with appearances of religion which it is not difficult - religion disowned from them – , therefore religion is not to be accounted liable if someone tried to exploit it to get to their goals, calling for scrutiny of the intentions and that we should not be deceived by appearance, expressing regret for the large number of Husainiyas (Shiite mosques) that have become a front for a certain person, associations and moved away from the reason of its existence as a place of worship and religious unity.
