Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim, chairman of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, stressed the need to fulfill the commitment and obligations pertaining to anyone in all positions and levels, noting that everyone is responsible, starting from the highest official to the less levels of employees, pointing to the need to learn the lesson from the decrease in oil prices, which have negatively affected Iraq and this require to work to avoid the consequences.

This came in the fourteenth Ramadan evening in his eminence office in Baghdad Thursday, 23.6.2016.

His Eminence stated that the holy Quran focused on economic reform and combined it with monotheism, pointing to the need to not manipulate with scale and measures, because it is compared to as manipulating the destiny of the people and their rights, and also considered an economic corruptive behavior that lead to injustice, noting that there are who are working to collect money in every way, without regard to the source or the means to collect this money, pointing out that the economic, moral and social reform starts from the Oneness of Almighty God.
