His eminence valued the high efforts and care provided to the wounded despite the financial crisis, indicating that the Iraqis will triumph against terrorism regardless of how far terrorism goes by shedding Iraqi blood and targeting innocent noncombatant civilians, calling the security institutions to review the security plans and the verdict the terrorists to death sentences.
