    Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim meets Tal Afar natives delegation lead by Sheikh Al-Mawla and discusses Mosul\'s liberation and post-ISIS phase

    Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, chairman of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, affirmed that ISIS is taking it\'s last breathes as a political and military project, noting that Mosul is the last battle with terrorism, and must be well prepared, plus preparing for the post ISIS phase at the same time.

    This took place during his eminence meet a delegation from the people of Tal Afar in his office in Baghdad, headed by Sheikh Muhammad Taqi Al-Mawla Thursday, 21.7.2016.

    His Eminence praised the sacrifices made by sons of Tal Afar, officers of the security forces and popular forces, and their heroic role in various sectors of operations, noting the need for an inclusive participation of popular forces in the Battle of Mosul, because it\'s not possible to put red lines for the sons of Mosul, or imposing to fight and sacrifice themselves in this city or that city, because the necessity of participate comes from the diversity nature of Mosul, and a military necessity in terms of the abundance of fighters required for the battle.
