His Eminence praised the sacrifices made by sons of Tal Afar, officers of the security forces and popular forces, and their heroic role in various sectors of operations, noting the need for an inclusive participation of popular forces in the Battle of Mosul, because it\'s not possible to put red lines for the sons of Mosul, or imposing to fight and sacrifice themselves in this city or that city, because the necessity of participate comes from the diversity nature of Mosul, and a military necessity in terms of the abundance of fighters required for the battle.
