    Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim to discuss with the Egyptian ambassador the bilateral relations between Iraq and Egypt

    Head of the Iraqi National Alliance, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim met with the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt Mr. Ahmed Darwish, at his private office Sunday, 25.09.2016, marking the end of Mr. Darwish tenure.

    Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim discussed bilateral relations between Iraq and Egypt with the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt, emphasizing the importance of evolving the bilateral relations and to promote unity ties between the two countries, stressing Egypt\'s pivotal role in the map of the Arab world.

    Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim stressed the importance of unifying Arab efforts and the unity of the Arabic word to counter the onslaught of Daesh terrorism, noting that unified positions are the only savior for those wishing to stability of the region and that terrorism does not exclude anyone from the Arab countries, and all are threatened under an enemy that does not attend to any humanity or moral values, and have no differentiation between human beings.

    Head of the Iraqi National Alliance, Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim, pointed to the inevitability of Iraqis’ victory on Daesh, adding that the coming days will witness the resolution of the battle and the elimination of terrorist cliques, praising the historical relations between Egypt and Iraq and their attitudes towards the unity of the Iraqi people.
