Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim calls for legislating administrative units law in districts and precincts of Iraq
Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim , head of the Iraqi National Alliance, urged for legislating administrative units law in districts and precincts of Iraq, praising the efforts that have been made and are being made by the managers and employees of these units that are on the first line of contact with the needs of citizens.
\r\nThis took place during his eminence meeting with chiefs of administrative units in his office in Baghdad Tuesday, 27.09.2016.
\r\nHis Eminence urged to sort their demands according to a number of categories; the prerogative of the Iraqi House of Representatives, the government or the judiciary, stressing the need to assemble an advisory committee tasked to follow up the demands of the administrative units and their employees, and giving the displaced people a special treating and services provision using the available potentials, indicating the importance of services to enable the families to return to their cities, pointing out that the return of displaced persons is one of the government\'s priorities, and the displaced people have high will to protect their cities from terrorism and return to under the umbrella of the nation and the government.
\r\nHis eminence reiterated emphasis on administrative decentralization and the granting of powers, because of its role in decisions making and take stances towards issues, calling to search for solutions that prevent maltreatment, give authority and highlights the pros.
