    Head of the Iraqi National Alliance Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim receives Archbishop Avak Asadourean head of the Armenian Orthodox sect

    Head of the Iraqi National Alliance Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, received his excellency Archbishop Avak Asadourean head of the Armenian Orthodox sect.

    His eminence at his office in Baghdad Saturday, 01/10/2016, met Archbishop Afak Asadourean, and stressed the importance of political and security actions that meet the progress of victories achieved by the Iraqis against in their fight against the cliques of terrorist Daesh, and stressing that the battle of Mosul will witness a new victory of Iraqis and an inevitable end of cliques terrorist Daesh.

    Sayyid Ammar Al-Hakim stressed the necessity of active roles in the post-liberalization of Mosul phase to be performed by religious and social personalities figures, and to contribute in the achievement of civil peace among our people and overcome the legacy of the criminal gangs Daesh. His eminence considered the Christian component a quality addition to a bouquet of Iraqi denomination roses.
