The Political Authority of the Iraqi National Alliance looking into the battle of Mosul and the Turkish intervention in Iraqi affairs

The Political Authority of the Iraqi National Alliance held its regular meeting Tuesday 18.10.2016, discussions covered topics on the agenda that included detailed review of the battle to liberate Mosul and victories achieved with the launch of the first phase of the Mosul Offensive, as well as discussing in the National Settlement Bill that is prepared by the Iraqi National Alliance to build bridges of trust amongst the Iraqi people ..

1_ The Iraqi National Alliance supports all the exerted efforts of the Iraqi military units and the Popular Mobilization Forces, Tribal Forces and Peshmerga that are fighting in the decisive battle against terrorist gangs of Daesh and calls to mobilize all the political and popular media and tactical capabilities to support the battle, and to provide all the needed resources to win and safeguard the safety of civilians and securing safe exits for any expected displacement influx..

The Iraqi National Alliance also commends the role of the federal government in recruitment of all national efforts in order to achieve victory and commend the active participation of the people of Mosul including all constituents Arabs, Kurds, Turkmen, Shabak, Christians, Yazidis and others who participated in this fateful battle and their resistance to terrorist gangs of Daesh.

2_ The Iraqi National Alliance of warned swapping Daesh occupation of Iraqi territory by another occupation of a foreign country, and in this regard the Iraqi National Alliance supports the position of the Prime Minister who stressed an unconditional immediate withdraw of Turkish troops from Iraq, with emphasis on Iraq\'s permanent desire to build the best relations with neighboring countries so as to enhance national sovereignty and mutual respect..

3_ The Iraqi National Alliance rendered to the formation of 

A “Political Joint Operation Room” to monitor the developments of the Mosul Offensive and to crystallize a unified political stance and national speech to support the sacred battle against terrorism and the enemies of Iraq.

4_ The Iraqi National Alliance calls all the national media and their peers in regional and international media to shoulder its professional responsibilities in highlighting the bravery of the Iraqi forces locked in the fiercest battles and demanding them reflect the real image of the unity of Iraqi people and their solidarity to oppose the gangs of Daesh.
