Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim to discuss displacement and reconstruction of cities with Kubis
Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Iraqi National Alliance in his office in Baghdad Wednesday, 10/26 / 2016, received Special Representative of Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Mr. Jan Kubis.
\r\nHis eminence and Mr. Kubis discussed the conditions of the displaced families and humanitarian issues in Iraq, and the contribution of the UN in the reconstruction of liberated cities, stressing the importance that the world assumes its responsibilities to support Iraq in facing Daesh terrorism that threatens the entire world.
\r\nHis eminence indicated that the most important victory achieved in Iraq is reclaiming the people of Iraq from the grip of Daesh’s terrorism, pointing to the importance of an intellectual handling to extremist ideology, the security solutions are part of the solutions, and this makes it necessary for the active international institutions to work on preparing programs, the fight against radicalization, recruitment and all calls for violence.
