    Head of the Iraqi National Alliance Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim urges to draw a road map that would result in a mature political societal project

    Head of the Iraqi National Alliance Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim called to draw a road map that would result in a mature political societal project, indicating that this project makes the country\'s leaders reconcile with themselves, and by this project will make them gain the respect of the people and the world.

    His eminence during his speech in the activities of the third forum of the Middle East Research Institute \"MERI” in the city of Erbil, Wednesday 26/10/2016, stated:” We should not fear the unpleasant voices from any party and under any title, that feed on contradictions, affirming that Iraq\'s decision to remain united had become a reality, and that Iraq needs the endeavor of courageous leaders to achieve a historic political breakthrough that will be in the magnitude of the crises and challenges that we face.\"

    Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim indicated: “From our side, we believe that the Shiites, Sunnis and Kurds (with all the ethnic, religious and other components of the Iraqi people) need to be aware that the value of their regional presence stems from being within the borders of unified Iraq, this value will diminish and might vanish if these three components are turned into cantons or independent states, small, weak, exhausted and under a lot of regional pressure.

    Head of the Iraqi National Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim added in his speech: “The Iraqi people with all its sects, ethnic groups and all of its components strongly stood as a bulwark and stopped this satanic flood , and fatwa of the religious Authority had a pivotal role in the foundation of this militant movement to defend the land, the honor and saved Iraq, the region and the world, pointing out that \"injustice became a purely Iraqi characteristic that afflicted all sects and ethnicities.
