Head of the Iraqi National Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, affirmed that the Iraqi National Alliance will have an important role the legislation and the enactment of the laws of the Popular Mobilization Forces to protect the fighters\' rights.
\r\nThis took place during his eminence visit to the joint Nineveh operations room in the western hub of military operations Wednesday, 2/10/2016.
\r\nSayyid Ammar al-Hakim, accompanied by a number of the Iraqi National Alliance\'s members congratulated the great victories achieved by the valiant Iraqi armed forces and heroic popular mobilization forces and Peshmerga in Nineveh province, praising the rapid progress at battlefronts and the defeat of Daesh elements during confrontations, calling for the unite lines and stances to support the heroic security forces in its continuous fighting to achieve more victories and an end to the existence of Daesh gangs in Iraq.
\r\nHead of the Iraqi National Alliance indicated an impending liberation of the entire province of Nineveh, praising the role of the military leaderships and their professionalism in making successful plans that led to consecutive victories.
