Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraqi confirmed that the National Iraqi Alliance has became a cohesive institution, especially after passing the Popular Mobilization Forces Act by the majority of two-thirds of members of the Iraqi House of Representatives, stressing that many of crucial issues that concern the Iraqi populace are agreed upon within the three authorities of the National Iraqi Alliance, including the national settlement bill, pointing out that this project was approved after extensive discussions within the three authorities, noting that it will achieve the integration of homeland parties in gains as well in challenges, provide security, and cut resources of terrorism, stressing on not negotiating with criminals and those who have blood of Iraqis on their hands.
\r\nSayyid Ammar al-Hakim chairing the meeting of the Central Shura Council of the Al-Mihrab Martyr Movement Monday, 05/12/2016, indicated that the United Nations adopted to work on promoting for the national settlement bill locally and regionally.
\r\nThe meeting also reviewed the developments of We Are Coming, Ninawa operations, stressing the need for tactical changes in the current combating strategies.
\r\nHis Eminence called on that Ghadeer Day is to be regarded as public holiday similar to other religious occassions holidays, and to be sanctioned in the constitution and urging the Iraqi House of Representatives to approve passing this act in the upcoming parliamentary legislative session.
