Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim head of the National Iraqi Alliance receives the Iranian ambassador to discuss ways of strengthening the bilateral relations
Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, affirmed that Iraqi military troops had achieved considerable progress in the battle of We Are Coming, Ninawah, pointing out that the battle of Mosul will witness the collapse of terrorist cliques of Daesh. This took place during his eminence receiving ambassador of Iran to Iraq Mr. Hassan Danaeifar Tuesday 6/12/2016.
\r\nDuring the meeting, discussions covered developments of the bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to ensure the furthering scopes of cooperation serving the two peoples. Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim and Mr. Danaeifar discussed developments of security & political situations in Iraq and the region, stressing on the importance of dialogue to resolve all crises on internal and external levels, stressing that Iraq is close to harvest the gains of patience and regain his people and defeat terrorism, pointing out the importance of preparing for the post-Daesh phase through a comprehensive political venture, security strategy, reconstruction of liberated cities, civil peace and restitution of displaced people to thier original areas.
