Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim to discuss developments of We Are Coming, Nineveh operations and restoring services to the liberated areas
Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, stressed the importance of restoring stability to the areas that have been liberated in the We Are Coming, Nineveh operations.
\r\nThis took place during a meeting with a delegation from Shabak sect headed by Member of Iraqi Parliament Mr. Haneen Qadu Tuesday, 20.12.2016,
\r\nHis eminence reviewed developments in military operations and the difficulties faced by the local population of the Shabak sect, especially targeting their lives and property by the Takfiri and terrorist forces.
\r\nSayyid Ammar al-Hakim called to protect all components of Iraqi people, especially the most afflicted populations by the hatred of extremist groups and their terrorism. The meeting also covered the situation of displaced individuals and the necessity to assist them to overcome obstacles, in addition to discuss means their safe return after clearing the cities that they had fled from because of Daesh gangs.
\r\nSayyid Ammar al-Hakim affirmed the broken morale of Daesh military after the successive victories achieved by the Iraqi military forces, stressing that the Iraqis are fighting the terrorism and are winning it, and at the same time they are preparing for a developed political project that aims for building the nation and will result in a political and social stability, adding that a unified Iraq is the sole strategic choice.
