Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, stressed the importance of strengthening bilateral relations between Iraq and Kuwait, praising the efforts of Kuwait that supported Iraq and its efforts in furthering security and eliminating the terrorist cliques Daesh.
\r\nHis eminence discussed with the Kuwaiti ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Salem Ghassab Zamanan, the latest developments in political, security and economic aspects between the two countries Saturday, 31.12.2016 .
\r\nSayyid Ammar al-Hakim stressed the need to build a strong strategic relations with Kuwait in all domains to serve the interests of the two brotherly peoples, calling for support Iraq in the war against terrorism that Iraq is fighting on behalf of the whole region and the world.

\r\nHis eminence spoke about the national settlement bill made by the National Iraqi Alliance, as the biggest bloc in the political process in Iraq, noting that next year will be a year of peaceful solutions and settlements, explaining that most issues are solved in dialogues and that Iraq also needs a project that save and gather all Iraqis, and fulfill the hopes of Iraqis.
