Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim receives Secretary General of the League of the Righteous, Sheikh Qais al-Khazali
Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, discussed with the Secretary General of the League of the Righteous, Sheikh Qais al-Khazali, the institutionalization of the National Iraqi Alliance and developments in security and political situation.
\r\nHis eminence during his meeting with Sheikh al-Khazali, in his office in Baghdad Wednesday, 04.01.2017, reviewed regional and international support and the steps taken by the United Nations and the Delegation of the the National Iraqi Alliance to explain the national settlement bill and to promote the project and both sides agreed on the importance of the project.
\r\nRegarding the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim stressed that the National Iraqi Alliance made great progress towards institutional action through organized meetings of the General, Leadership and Political authorities of the National Iraqi Alliance, stressing the importance of institutional course of action for the convergence of views according to an internal system to present a road map for actions within the National Iraqi Alliance, and in dealing with the issues at both national or international levels. Praising and congratulating victories that have been achieved and will be achieved on Daesh one of the main points that was widely covered during Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim\'s meeting with Sheikh al-Khazali, and particularly the security dimension after militarily annihilating Daesh .
\r\nSheikh al-Khazali, called to explain and elaborate the national settlement bill and finding common grounds around the initiative, describing leading the National Iraqi Alliance by Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim a significant and qualitative phase in spite of its short time since his eminence\'s ascension the position, and expressed confidence in the capability of Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim for his experience and wisdom in the revitalization of the National Iraqi Alliance as the biggest bloc, and maintaining the National Iraqi Alliance unified for its necessity to keeping the Iraqi project.
