Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, pointed out that these moments are historic moments and decisions must be made properly and to be careful when handling instantaneous feelings, emotions and quick reactions for there is no space to bear outbidding and solo readings, we should be up to the size of the event and its requirements, and to take the right step that unites the country and the people, adding that the national settlement is a reconciliation between Iraqi socially, politically, developmentally and functionally in all domains.
