Dhi Qar was the third leg of the National Iraqi Alliance delegation visits to central and southern provinces after visiting Babil and Maysan provinces Wednesday, 01/02/2017.

National Iraqi Alliance delegation, headed by Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, head of the National Iraqi Alliance, discussed with the chiefs and members of municipal councils the status of service and community in Dhi Qar province. Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim called to manage the service and community issues through crisis mentality, urging departments to adopt serving policy among themselves to overcome the financial and economic challenges, the members and chiefs of service and administrative departments demanded to protect the service case file from political conflicts.

His eminence indicated that the responsibility is doubled to this type of officials for they are directly in contact with the citizen, stressing the need to work using the available resources without submitting to frustration, noting that the National Iraqi Alliance is supporting fairness to municipal councils in accordance with what was provided for the citizens, pointing to the importance of maintaining the prestige of the state and not to encroach public money and public property.
