    National Iraqi Alliance delegation meets with Kurdish parties in Sulaimaniyah to discuss the national settlement and post-victory over Daesh

    Sulaimaniya was the next destination of the National Iraqi Alliance delegation after visiting Erbil, the delegation led by head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, met the Kurdish parties in the province of Sulaymaniyah and discussed the national settlement and post-victory over terrorist Daesh.

    Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim reiterated the importance of national reconciliation as a sole option to accompany the security advancement with progress on the political level per comprehensive and reassuring project for all, noting that the national settlement is a roadmap and a product of views of the National Iraqi Alliance according to the principles of concessions for all and for Iraq .

    His eminence indicated that Daesh unintentionally unified Iraqis when Iraqis they stood together in the face of terrorism, and after the military elimination of Daesh it will return to its former form as terrorist groups sleeper cells, and this requires the preparation of political, societal and security plans to meet the challenge, noting that the settlement project is a general principle for the management of Iraq in accordance with the Constitution and applied laws, calling for enactment of important laws that would complete the institutional structure of the Iraqi state.
