Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim calls Turkmen for the unity in front of the sensitive conditions and serious challenges
Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, called Turkmen of the for more unity for the sake of national unity, alluding the importance of their unity to sensitive nature of the circumstances and the serious challenges that require more coordinated positions to defend the homeland and the citizen.
\r\nThis took place in a meeting which brought together leaders of Turkmen component with Turkmen Authority in Baghdad Friday, 24.02.2017.
\r\nHis eminence stressed on the importance of Turkmen’s role, their sacrifices and their giving at the time of the dictatorship, and in building the new Iraq, and their fight against terrorism, noting that the National Iraqi Alliance is obliged to communicate with the Iraqi components to show appreciation and respect and an expression of full readiness to work with these components to build an Iraq of harmony.
\r\nHis eminence mentioned the victories achieved by Iraqi security forces and the popular mobilization forces in the face of terrorism and the near victory over the Daesh militarily, calling to look to the future and determine the features of national steps that are required to be presented by Iraqis for the next phase, like the actions of the National Iraqi Alliance to meet Iraqi components, stressing the keenness of the National Iraqi Alliance to listening to concerns of Turkmen and embraced them and addressed their constitutional concerns, either is the Iraqi House of Representatives or in the administration, adding , \" we are eager to make Turkmen feel their full attendance and they are cared and attended by the National Iraqi Alliance and other partners, the National Iraqi Alliance had the honor to nominate Turkoman figures in the government more than all previous tenures,\" considering this an expression of the National Iraqi Alliance attention to Turkmen component.
