    \r\n

Adding \"The majestic Iraqi women had paid a heavy price during the conflicts faced by our country for more than four decades, she was the one who bear through the pain of fords and social and political intersections, and on both sides, women bear the brunt of suffering and tears.\"

    \r\n

The Head of the National Iraqi Alliance, stated, \"Today, women comprise the largest segment in the community and to build their cases leads us to find solutions to most complicated problems of our society. Terrorism soon will be defeated and our towns and villages will soon be liberated, God willing, but there are big and deep wounds afflicted our societies, and if our fighters are wounded physically as they defend, the women who were direct or indirect victims to this war were psychologically injured and need special handling and special treatments and here comes the role of the legislative institution by adopting projects that assist the executive branch to deal with the post-war period ..

    \r\n

His eminence noted that \"this year is a more difficult in its challenges than 2003 that witnessed the change and the price was far too high and painful to everyone, we live in times of big regional and international shifts and fateful intersections, and this year will be crucial in shaping the map of alliances and distribution areas of influence in our region, and we as Iraqis should rise above small considerations and put the interests of our people and our nation above any political or sectarian considerations, sooner or later, we will eventually sit at the same table, so why not invest in wisdom and benefit of previous experiences and save our people and nation the wasted time and opportunities, why not sit and talk and define mutual points and points of intersection to dissolve them and find solutions ... Why we do not concede for each other, rather than concessions are imposed regionally and internationally?

    \r\n

And his eminence reiterated that \"nations are not built by wishes and overbidding, but through real projects, sacrifice, modesty and mutual concessions, soon history will judge us and it won’t be merciful if we neglected the future of children in the mountains of Kurdistan, or the suffering of a child in the streets of Mosul, or Ramadi, or the dream of children in Basra.\"

    \r\n

His eminence concluded his speech addressing members of the Iraqi House of Representatives, stating “beloved ones, you represent the protectors of legitimacy and people, and you are able to do a lot and present a model that stands in front of politicians to encourage them to give up some of their ineligible projects and narrow insights.\"
