Central Shura of the Mehrab Martyr Movement headed by Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim discusses developments of security and politics, and services issues in the country
Central Shura meeting of the Mehrab Martyr Movement was held under the chairmanship of head of the National Iraqi Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, at his office in Baghdad Monday, 13/2/2017.
\r\nMeeting covered the security and military situation and the ongoing victories achieved by the security forces and the popular mobilization forces in Mosul, as well as discuss upcoming elections and the electoral law to reach the optimal formula that provides justice and the existence and representation for all, the third topic was about the status of services, security and politics in provinces, the visits of the National Iraqi Alliance and the results of the meeting that brought together local governments of Babil, Dhi Qar, Maysan with the delegation of the National Iraqi Alliance headed by Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim.
\r\nDuring the meeting, his eminence stressed that the situation in Iraq is on its way to reap the fruits of patience and sacrifices as the confrontation with terrorist Daesh is nearing to its end and the Iraqi state regaining its people, reiterating describing the year 2017, as a year to anchor democracy in Iraq, stressing that eliminating Daesh organizationally, structurally and militarily is only a matter of time.
